1. Returns & Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.

2. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for:

• Defective products (must provide proof).

• Items damaged in transit (must provide photos).

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

• Minor packaging flaws that do not affect the item’s functionality.

• Lost or stolen packages (please contact the shipping carrier).
